My credit score is will over 820 and i have a 7 figure portfolio and could pay the $85,000 back in probably 10 months pretty easily without having to sell stocks or refinance properties to quickly get into this multi family investment.Thoughts?

If you ask your tax gal what IRS form the business will be reported on, you can probably give a blank version of that form to your mortgage guy, who can draw little smiley faces and sad faces to tell you what will and will not ding you.

A down vote means that a response could have negative votes and the user themselves could end up with a negative vote score.
