It's a catch all.I forgot to include this other Section 10176 (i)(i) Any other conduct, whether of the same or a differentcharacter than specified in this section, which constitutes fraud ordishonest dealing.http://law.onecle.com/california/business/10176.htmlAnd there are more Sections that act as a catch all.We all know that any judge, or if a complaint is sent to the CA DRE Commissioner, would agree that if RE licensees do not disclose that they are licensed, that would constitute dishonest dealing with the public.I do not know if you have or have been a RE licensed agent.
