Hello BP from Brevard Florida! I've been reading all the incredible information here for the last few months and decided to jump in and say hello.

Getting ready to reactivate my real estate license for the MLS data, but more interested in wholesaling and lease options right now. Yes, I've read all the threads I could find on the good points and bad points of having a license. I figure I'll go with it until I find it is hindering me.

Anyways I'm sure I will have many questions to come, so thank you all in advance, you guys are great!
