hi, I'm new to this site, I'm looking to start investing in purchasing homes and renting them out in Indianapolis and be living in southern Michigan, Im starting off as an investor so I don't know if Indianapolis would be decent to start off on. I was in a car accident and had to undergo to major spine surgeries, so im looking to purchase home and pay them in full, but like I said I don't know if there are better options or if I have a good idea of what im doing. thank you
