I dedicate most of my time to commuting and 12 hr swing shifts. 

I’m 23 with no debt, car is paid for, I work 80+ hours a wk (16-18 hour shifts), I pay my bills 3 months in advance which allows me to save 2k a month and my credit scores are in good standings.

I hope to have more of my properties rented with Property Management in the future, but it has been a slow shift.

In fact, since I work 12 hours shifts, I only work half the month and have more free days than people working a typical 9-5. 

One huge shift I've made in leasing is recognizing that it might not be just "one" thing that is keeping your property vacant. 

Once that shifts and people are no longer willing or able to purchase homes, the rental pool will increase and so will potential rents. 

I thought I had my career path set, but now I’m legitimately excited to shift my future towards the world of real estate investing.
