From what I’ve seen in Bloomberg, it also doesn’t hurt to keep tabs on any shifts in local buying trends.One more thing I’d consider is the exit strategy.

It’s impressive to see how that mindset shift has paid off!

However, this isn’t a sign of a long-term shift—it's a temporary adjustment influenced by a unique set of factors.The good news?

It’s not just about luxury anymore; it’s about creating spaces that adapt to the future and the people living in them.For investors, understanding these shifts is key.
