I wanna’ make this short and simple, so here I go... I’m 23 with no debt, car is paid for, I work 80+ hours a wk (16-18 hour shifts), I pay my bills 3 months in advance which allows me to save 2k a month and my credit scores are in good standings.

I currently have $22k saved up and would like to invest into Rental Property creating passive income for myself. I’m new to Real Estate Investing so any suggestions, advice, or feedback of any sort would be helpful! I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
