Is there an actual market for student housing or are you seeing a mirage?

Just toured the house today and it was in better condition than I expected.

.- Get a good interest loan while putting 20% down on a house - live in it until you save another 20%- rent it out and repeatMy question:Can I even rent a place out and keep getting loans for the next house aka good debt?

I wasn't set to buy with REI. 

Does it make sense to rent my current house out in Poconos, PA so we could rent an apartment in Florida?

I have rent charges set up automatically for the duration of the lease and issue new charges each month for utilities I bill back to the tenants. 

However, there’s no set rule on how long you must hold the home as an investment before converting it to your primary residence, but it’s generally advisable to rent it out for at least a year to avoid raising any IRS concerns.

I noted the year-over-year increase in STR permits, the decrease in average nightly revenue, and the sentiment that economically-incentivized sellers would flood the market after this winter season (effectively increasing housing supply and decreasing prices).

I do manufactured home developments so I look for land that doesn’t have housing restrictions.

How is the market for single family and multifamily housing?
