I’m being told that rehab loans and 203k loans are unavailable right now.

I’d love to engage with folks who have started and/or scaled their investments entirely remotely, as finding the right people and working from 7 hours ahead of east coast time zones means I’m unavailable a fair amount of the day.

I have really good vendors, and I do not think it is fair that they come out to a property, and have to waste their time and then be expected to return later because the tenant is unavailable for whatever reason.

Since some of these sites can show unavailable houses for sale its also a good idea to confirm with your realtor.
