He lives in Singapore, so I managed the repairs for him.  

I have travelled a lot Thailand, Singapore, Bali, India, China but the Philippines is one place I haven't been too.  

There is also a BP networking on the 28th in Rockville Centre but run by someone else I have been told that's also good and I plan on attending.

Malaysia is nuts, almost as bad as HK or China or Singapore.

Eventually I want to own shopping centres, commercial real estate to rent out to several companies, establishing a big and stable cashflow every month.

@Brian R.Some jurisdictions do not allow utilities that are considered “included” to be a profit centre up here.

Im also based in Brisbane, from what ive been looking at there does look to be afew oportunities with the new block sizes in the vacinity of neighbourhood centres.
