Brisbane Australia Deals
Is anybody successfully doing realestate deals of any kind in Brisbane ? I'm sure there is something that works here but I haven't figured it out yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

Im also based in Brisbane, from what ive been looking at there does look to be afew oportunities with the new block sizes in the vacinity of neighbourhood centres. Im in the process of splitting a 600sqm block and placing 2 houses on it. Have made alot of mistakes in the process but im sure when i find the next project it should hopefully be easier to crunch the numbers. There alot of information on the BCC Pd online, aswell as current and past applications, gives you abit of an idea what people are currently undertaking.
