Does anyone invest in Raleigh? I'm trying to get a better understanding of North vs South Raleigh. 1) what impact will the new builds in Cary/Apex have on Garner? 2) has it become increasingly difficult to cash flow in north Raleigh on day 1? Even margins in Garner seem right but a bit more doable. 3) recommendations on property management groups in the area? Any other perspective would be welcomed. Thanks!

Hi, yes the market is high right now in the area and tough to find the right "deal" especially on the retail market. I am a property manager serving Raleigh, Cary, Garner, Apex, Morrisville areas.
