Any Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Here at BP?
My partners and I are more quant nerds and we're XIRR/ROI/CAGR questions that deal with time value of money / using Net Present Value to value properties. We have a hard time figuring out/agreeing what is the best method.
Anyone out here a CFA/quant guy/gal?
Thanks! - BH

Becky Hiu my dad is basically a quant so I understand some of the basics but im not an expert. I just calculated the IRR for my rentals this week! Lol.
As far as people on BP who fit this description I believe Omar Khan is one of those people. I believe he has his CFA but not sure if he’s exactly what you’d define as a quant. That being said I’m pretty sure he can deal with the types of questions you likely have
