This normally stems from not wanting to look dumb in front of other people that they dont even know, and the truth is the other people dont really care because they have their own problems in life you have to remember that once you have a clear definition of your why you are doing something and you create a burning passion to accomplish that anything can happen the reason you're not taking action in my opinion is probably because your why is not strong enough and it's not compelling enough to get you off the couch to take some actionIt's like people that say they should quit smoking, they know it's bad for them, they know they need to.... but yet they don't.

But the decline stemmed largely from people abandoning job searches and thereby dropping out of the labor force (not because more people were hired).

My long term goal is to have a diversified portfolio of sf and mf residential and commercial cannabis.

If that's the strategy you want to go for, after figuring out your monetary resources, I'd recommend looking for good trades you can work with as I feel like that's where most of the issues in BRRRR usually stem from.

This may indicate settling and ormovement in the stem wall and recommend you consult withthe seller regarding this condition.

By asking the the right questions that stem from your personal goals, only then will you be able to figure out which recommended brokerages will work for you!  

Most investors, especially those who are out of state, will have most of their issues stemming from property management and contracting.
