Commercial Lenders for Cannabis grow facility in California

Hello Biggerpockets,

I'm writing in hopes to get some feedback on acquiring financing for a 300,000 sq ft cannabis grow facility we are planning to construct in Northern California.  The bank we were working with has decided to pull out so looking for other commercial lenders for this deal.  My understanding is that traditional lenders not comfortable giving loans for cannabis related projects and at this stage we are debating whether to consider private equity and/or hard money.  Any recommendations or feedback would be great.
