Here's what I got going on so farCreated my Company "Coastal Sunrises" which focuses on STR Management/co-hosting, and am in the building process right now for my systems and I'm essentially looking to build every one of them to scale with so I am okay with taking a hit to profits immediately if that means paying employees/va's while I'm not managing a ton of properties.

Regarding the VA inspections.

Can a VA LOAN be moved under an LLC or how would you go about getting your assets protected another way?

I think it's a great idea, but what are the downsides of using a VA loan for house-hacking? 

I know that you can only have one FHA home loan open at a time, but what if you have a VA loan open?

Just seems that with a VA Loan , most properties that are in Foreclosure are going to be hard to Meet and Pass the VA guidelines ....

Unfortunately, you can not buy now and move in next year using a VA loan. 

Purchase price: $150,000 Cash invested: $20,000 This property was purchased with a 0% downpayment VA laon.

Some of newer investors put the VA loan on a pedestal.

Can’t be more than four units because I will be purchasing via a VA loan.
