VA loan & FHA Home Loan

Jalun Bridges
Posted

I know that you can only have one FHA home loan open at a time, but what if you have a VA loan open? Can I still get a FHA home loan if I currently have a VA home loan? If anyone could answer this question, thank you!

HI @Jalun Bridges . Yes you can- it is allowed. Make sure the future FHA loan you want to originate is on a home you plan to occupy as your primary residence.

If you run into any trouble doing this please reach out to me.
