Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Pittsburgh.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $20,000

This property was purchased with a 0% downpayment VA laon. I lived in the basement, and rented the 3 bedrooms out above. It covered the entire mortgage and all the utilities. I always had about $150-300 leftover each month. I did not consider it "cashflow" as i just saved it for capex/maintenance.
