Have you done any value-added work to your current properties?

I'm currently managing our properties (about 50 doors) through my own created system between Google and Quickbooks.

Garrett,I am currently only on Airbnb and have a direct booking link through Hospitable/ Google Vacation Rentals.

@Jorge Vazquez we stopped doing signs over 10 years ago.We had a separate phone number on our signs, so were able to track traffic & applications from them.We were getting more & BETTER leads from our online ads then the signs - so an easy choice to stop using them (also time & money savings).

I stumbled across the American Homeowner Preservation (AHP) Fund ad on a podcast. 

If you still aren't sure, google the properties listed on the website with the "property name city and acquisition".  

I would consider adding loss of rents coverage.

Just get on Airbnb and see who are the property managers doing most of the units in the area and search for them on google.
