Sign on rental properties yes or not?
Should landlords put signs on rental properties? Could it attract squatters, or is it the right move for responsible property management? What's your take? What is your experience?

You can get away with no sign but it does help. You can get foot traffic and people driving by. Also makes it look professional when a potential renter comes to look at it. A squatter can see it's listed for rent with a sign or without so I don't think that'd be a huge concern. I would say as an agent if a property is in a rough area I don't put signs since it can attract those bad apples or get stolen.
