Lancaster City - Short term rental investment advise

Niranjan Sathish
Posted

Hello, I am Sathishkumar, have been learning about Real Estate through books and podcasts for the past couple of years. I am looking to do AirBNB Arbitrage in Lancaster area as it is the closeby market to me. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you

Best,

Sathishkumar

I would potentially try starting out being a cohost in that local area or work for a cohost company . You can learn about demand, running an airbnb, and all the moving parts. That will allow you to better place your money in areas you know can succeed whether it be in the arbitrage or ownership space.
