The concept is to refine the shared workspace model into an industry specific shared workspace and networking environment.  

Anyone use InvestorFuse's podio workspace?

My desire is to turn it into a co-work space where I rent it out to small businesses looking for a virtual office.

The empty rooms could be rented out for extra money to those same people as an additional work space, or storage as you said. 

When a CRM has multiple workspaces, more apps than you can count on your hands and toes, and more gadgets than Inspector Gadget himself ...how easy can it really be to use or train a team to use???
