Once you're in the game long enough, you know it's simple...just not as easy as some make it sound. If you know your numbers & have a strong follow up game... you're already better than 95% of the investors out there.

Over half of our deals come from follow up!

I find that most Podio CRM's that are sold for investors are made for the complete Techy type. When a CRM has multiple workspaces, more apps than you can count on your hands and toes, and more gadgets than Inspector Gadget himself ...how easy can it really be to use or train a team to use???

We use REI Automation Squad's Beast Mode Podio suite. Our leads manager works the new leads starting in the morning and then starts working the "calling for more info" that have a next contact date of today

Then she moves to the follow up leads that have a next contact date of today. After three attempts we try every 45-60 days with a call from the leads manager plus the automated text (local phone #) & Sly Broadcast.

We track all outbound calls in Podio know by each day how many voicemails, no msg left, and contacts made happen during her outbound calls. This makes for an easy weekly meeting with regards to her KPI's.
