For a bad example, You're probably wasting your time/$ by putting "Avoid Forclosure" in a stable area, and you wouldn't put "Compramos Su Casa" in an area without a reasonable amount of Spanish speakers.

I'll start with my offerings;Here in Nevada, Title & Escrow Companies provide (by request) lists with all NOD's and NOS's.

If you decide to go this route be prepared to get a lot of nos before you get a yes.

#1 has an eviction and #2 lied to you. 2 big no-nos in my opinion.Maybe the answer is neither...

That doesn't do me much good when a NOS sells in 21 days and by time I get it it was sold 5 weeks ago.
