Not to mention biggest holder of U.S. debt is China so.... yeah.... could be a ultimate F-U card to play, would cost lopping off a limb for U.S. to do it but could decapitate China so, worth it, maybe?

@Denise Holder if its not a rental property and your primary residence or a second home then most hard money lenders wont touch it.

I want to ultimately rent the homes to persons with Section 8 voucher holders to give back to persons in need.
