The surveyor located and confirmed the original metal stakes from when the subdivision was laid out almost 20 years ago.

Could use any and all help locating properties in any shape that I can acquire and rebuild.

They signed a document, outside of some very specific situations (military deployments, imprisonment, etc.) their legal obligation is absolute.
