Just wrapping up my 4th house flip with good success. Having trouble finding properties to buy (cash deals) in South Atlanta area. Working primarily near Hartsfield and surrounds. Could use any and all help locating properties in any shape that I can acquire and rebuild. Thanks in advance.

@Tom Tesmer what is a typical buy and hold deal looking like in that area? Example: How much is a 3/2 1200 sq. ft. brick ranch house with a carport built in the 1970s that is in good condition renting for? And how much are you selling them for? Wholesaling or are you rehabbing? Just looking for other options.
