We consolidated our skills and formed RuzzMan LLC.

The company describes itself as a global talent development company and offers learning and knowledge solutions to individuals, enterprises and institutions in information technology, business process outsourcing, retail, real estate, banking, finance and insurance, executive management education, school, education, communication and professional life skills, and vocational skills training.

I don't have finances but I do have skills and contacts to help out with any fix and flips that may need worked on.

Depends on the market, and how many skilled workers there are, law of supply and demand and all that.

I'm getting ready to establish an online presence (in a new industry being REI, I am currently know for my mad skills selling Lexus-www.she-sells-lexus.com) but this time for my REI business.  

As a Realtor and former analyst, I'm putting my experience and research skills to use looking for the right property as well as sorting out the early stages of funding my/our first project. 

Or is the size not that big of a concern and more important is the relationship/experience/skill/hustle of the individual agent, not so much the agency?
