Hi, my name is Marvin Franklin and I'm interested in learning more about real estate investing. I have over 16 years in the mulit- family industry I work as a Service Manager running a 246 apartment complex. I don't have finances but I do have skills and contacts to help out with any fix and flips that may need worked on. 

I would like to find someone who has the the knowledge and the ability to lead me in the right direction.
