When done properly wholesaling is distinctly different than being an agent.

Hey Tanh, In regards to the most challenging aspect of getting zoning approved for large projects, I would have to say overcoming community opposition and developing an effective community engagement strategy can be one of the largest hurdles, at least on the West Coast.
