Hello,Curious if anyone has sold a home with owner-financing and designed the deal to keep a portion of the ownership of the house along with the new home owners?

Many are attracted to the "up and comming" neighborhoods, some of which have been up and comming for 20 years.

Good tenants, but they also attract too many people due to higher square footage.

@Mike Corrill maybe something to consider is that the property will attract your tenant.

That's what you want as a real estate investor.I finished the Certified Financial Planner Designation and you are correct that there is not much training regarding real estate.

Eventually investors will discover another asset class that they like better.Having said this, the current fundamentals are very attractive.

A trailer park would be more consistent rents, but you will attract low end tenants.

That is the part with the design in it.  

My IT background "scam" alarm is too high to do so myself, but their solicitation is usually an attractive rate compared with my usual rates so thought I would see what folks here thought.
