The countertop is what matters most aesthetically if the cabinets are functioning and painted and there are beautiful preformed laminate choices at box stores.

Don't run to the store buy something with your own money to use on the property.

Hi all I am looking for a great broker that can help me locate a spot for a store we are wanting to open in Orlando.

My ultimate goal would be owning commercial properties (retail stores and warehouses).
