Hey Look! The New Guy!

My name is Anthony Watkins. I hail from Detroit, Michigan but I currently reside in Dallas, Texas. I was 16 in 2008 when the housing market crashed and I was unaware of what could come out of it. Only one person in my family took advantage of the times. Other than that guy; the Bigger Pockets Podcast has been my only source of knowledge. I'm interested in House Hacking and Single-Family Rental properties to start off with and get my feet wet in real estate investing. My ultimate goal would be owning commercial properties (retail stores and warehouses).

This is just a little bit about me. I hope to learn more and make some meaningful connections. Thank you for reading!
