The easiest way to find good roomates imo is to cold call them using the roomster app or roomiematch service and then screen them from there.The biggest issue with my current roomates ,which isn't that big of an issue, is just keeping the kitchen clean.

If it is you I would suggest the easiest solution is to buy a couple more but also ensure they are taking it out consistently.

If you want title insurance and want to be safe and want the easiest situation to resale, let the title company bless this....not the brother.Possible probate is not needed...possible probate does not take a long time...4-6 months.
