On that property, I actually hit a $70k net home run because once the carpet was removed and sub floor addressed, the smell was gone, and it sold quickly.As for the 3D software, I really appreciate the time @Matt Donley spent on explanation, and it looks super cool to use, however, I want to see the property in person.

My mentor also taught me to create a spreadsheet for myself and track who provides the most accurate information like my realtor, my software system, realtor.com, trulia, zillow and she said with time I would become more confident on the accuracy of the information and it's source.
