I'm working as a software engineer in NYC.I recently joined bp and am very intrigued by passive investment via turnkey rental property providers.Can someone give me reference to some turnkey providers whom they've worked with?

Hello BP community, My name's Terence (Terry) Eng I'm a software engineer by day and I'm looking to join the ranks of the many successful BP members in this Real Estate game. 

On that property, I actually hit a $70k net home run because once the carpet was removed and sub floor addressed, the smell was gone, and it sold quickly.As for the 3D software, I really appreciate the time @Matt Donley spent on explanation, and it looks super cool to use, however, I  want to see the property in person. 

Use a software like AppFolio, Avail, Cozi, etc. and make it easier for the best tenant to move in.

I create an itemized list of all of the repairs and then put a price to each repair in a spreadsheet or estimating software. 

What software(s) should I consider using? 

My mentor also taught me to create a spreadsheet for myself and track who provides the most accurate information like my realtor, my software system, realtor.com, trulia, zillow and she said with time I would become more confident on the accuracy of the information and it's source. 

If you list on multiple sites, is there an easy way to do this using a third party site/software or would I need to individually list on each site?
