Rehab estimate calculations
Hi. How do you guys calculate cost of rehab. I have a house that needs full rehab. 1400sq ft 1 bath. Needs new kitchen , new bathroom, new walls (May need insulation).
Thank you

$20 per square foot is a good ballpark depending on the finishes. Doesn't include major individual items like roof, HVAC, water heater.
