Newbie looking for some turnkey rental references

I'm Piyush Shourie. I'm working as a software engineer in NYC.

I recently joined bp and am very intrigued by passive investment via turnkey rental property providers.

Can someone give me reference to some turnkey providers whom they've worked with?

This would be my first major investment and I'm looking forward  to get some references and hear your experiences with it before I dive right in 😀
