The wholesale fee would be determined on a sliding scale based on cap rate.

& I ask that because I had someone once try to sell me a house with a (Insert: "A title issue" OR "because the foundation was sliding into a lake")A lot of times this will get them to offer their true motivation instantly.

I can see places like farmers markets and even the Girl Scouts using this where normally they could only accept cash or checks but for the average joe nah.Unless you have a reputable business this device would be useless as people would freak if they saw someone slide their credit card on their iphone lol.

One was a doublewide and other was a singlewide with a slide out section.

The best thing probably is to keep looking until you find a company that doesn't have the sneaks to slide that in there.
