Does anyone know where you can purchase past due mortgage lists?

Late payments or past due issues are highly confidential, no lender is going to give names of a payment missed until they make a demand. Any list you might buy isn't going to be thier late pays but defaults.

As Chris mentioned look for filings. Usually anyone can subscribe to a local Legal News publication, it can be someting like Daily News, they publish all filings, that can give you a heads up. :)
