I'm comfortable on the job site as a project manager, talking to customers for new sales and issues that arise during construction, and in the office as an estimator, scheduler, and materials coordinator. 15+ years in the medical device industry as a mechanical engineer.

However, if a problem were to arise do I have any recourse if the flipper does not offer any warranty?

Waikoloa is always pretty popular so (like anywhere) its a matter of picking a good property in a good neighborhood, doing a nice (but not TOO nice for the comps) remodel and pricing it reasonably.If you are not adding on or completely gutting the house (radically changing the layout), permits are not a big deal when it comes to resale usually.

@Don Jackson Greatschools.com is a popular website for school ratings and has a plug-in on the site for google maps so you can compare with however you are reviewing your potential properties.

I guess it was popular back then, I like my layout but has an outdated look.
