& I thought the woman (living alone) threatening to sue me for not putting 6 names (including that of her dead mother) on her mailbox was a little demanding.

HelloI have a house that i want to rent but one twist - it is 2100 sq feet with 500 sq feet as self-contained mother-in-law unit attached to the house for the most part, separated only by  wall that lines up with kitchen and living room of the main house.

Her mother died when she was really young and her father was a chemist, but they always rented their homes, so she's known nothing else.

Our current tenant is a single mother, but my husband joked if I rented it to another couple they would have to sign a disclaimer. 

My father recently went into a nursing home and the bank wants their money. 

My mother n law insisted that we stay with her until we found a place.

I really wanted to do this early on and get my life in order so I could help my mother and grandparents before they get too old to be able to enjoy things completely haha!

No Evictions, EVERI also tell them there is a $35.00 non-refundable background check that THEY will pay for through SmartMove.I still end up with a wide pool to choose from...........then when I meet them...........The best qualified tenant somehow miraculously/coincidentally is the one with the least amount of adults moving in to the property...........If they have a 6 br voucher and it's going to be a mother (and invariably her boyfriend) moving in along with 5 kids I'm good with that.You may want to see if your tenants "volunteer" information about having a lot of family in the area because invariably that "family" usually winds up living at the property......but if someone says they or their boyfriend does NOT have a lot or any family in the area then they seem to miraculously/coincidentally end up at the head of the line in my book as far as being best qualifed to move into my rental.
