Hey everyone! My name is Kelvin, I'm brand new to investing, wholesaling to be more specific. I'm young, 22 to be exact, with not as much money to my name and a below average amount of credit. But i have plenty of time and energy, so I'll use my strengths. I've been studying a lot (analysis paralysis), since about October I'd say. I've been on biggerpockets for just about 2 weeks and have been shadowing/reading. Thought I'd finally say something, trying to get out of my comfort zone more and more. Hope to meet many of you. Not only in a Chicago either, I love meeting new people everywhere.

@Kelvin Deloney good to have you on here.  I love seeing guys your age get started that young. Best thing I did in life (career based) was get into something I love at such a young age.
