Why do I know that, it is because I am 59 years old and I do not give up because I had a brain aneurism and surgery on my head and I had a stroke and I intend on doing more.Now let's get back to business.

The seller just had a stroke and told me he would sell for whatever he owned and that he did not care to make any money.
