Hi all, I've been on Bigger Pockets for awhile now and just getting more active on the site in the last few months. I invested in a few properties just before the crash. Lost my caboodle at that time but have slowly rebuilt things and am in a good position to start investing again. I will be starting small and will gain traction at some point. I've been listening to the podcasts like crazy, reading, just started joining the webinars, and reading various other websites.

I'm totally open to any advice that experience investors would have for new investors. Although I'm not totally new, I'm somewhat new in this current environment. Thank you! Have a productive and profitable day!
