Greetings, I'm TJ - I'm live in Raeford, North Carolina and also Houston, Texas. I would like to get started in real estate with doing assignment deals and making capital to turn that into flipping properties then turn that into developing multifamily houses. I need help. I need a mentor, I need anyone that's willing to stop what they're doing in life and take me along for the ride so I can be apart Of the experience and learn the business. I'm loyal and trustworthy, and making a change in my career. 28 and I'm just struggling at the current moment. Any feedback will help but mentorship will definitely and truly be the goal. I have dreams of building nations - I feel now is my time. I can taste it.
