There would be proprietary electrical outlets in the house that are a little sleeker and cooler than the standard plugs found in the typical home, but you have to pay extra for adapters to plug in your non Apple stuff.

I'm just getting started in real estate investing, rehabbing and wholesaling, and have a few questions about successful marketing strategies.My plan is to use direct mail (postcards, letters, etc), but I'm curious about other outlets to reach potential sellers.I'm basically just wondering what people have found to really get their name out there, and to get a higher close rate.Which marketing strategies are most successful?

Pretty much the only thing we haven't done is tear down and rebuild or build from scratch.The minimum we tend to do is a complete interior cosmetic renovation, which includes all new paint, flooring, cabinets/vanities, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, registers/switches/outlets, etc.
