Dear BP family,I have a million dollar question.How can I find a good, honest and inexpensive contractor?

I mean, im honestly not even sure how you got to this stage in the process and not be sure of room sizes? 

I gotta be honest and say that thanks to this website and the podcasts that I listen to it finally made me completely open my eyes, my mind and gave me so much fuel and drive to finally start.

To be honest, I started the book, but didn't quite finish it 2 years ago. 

Honestly I don't even fight with Airbnb anymore regarding reviews.

I did a lot of construction labor and considered myself a hard working honest person.

Honestly, the traffic is much worse in Santa Barbara and carpenteria during rush hours than it ever is down south.You have a strong rental market in SB due to the university and price of the homes being out of reach, but the market is just as strong in ventura/oxnard due to the population and location is optimal.

You can be sued as an agent if you mislead a seller. 2) You have to decide how you feel about the above, now the good reputation side is that some people honestly don't care, and want to go with an option where someone will just take it off their hands as fast as possible.. but as long as you are transparent and honest with them then I know a lot of wholesalers who have integrity and still make an ok amount of money in a transaction for technically being the middle wo/man.

One year lease about to be up and I am not renewing.  Tenant has been a real pain to deal with.  Too many lies and excuses, you know what I mean.Now do you tell the tenant why you won't be renewing?  Or do you make so...
