The guy stated he was an REO agent, so it saves him hundreds of hours a year using podio.So i started digging into it more trying to figure out how he is able to do some of these functions without globiflow and i found that he used Podio API to have someone customize his semi-auto setup for him for a flat fee.

Once you reach your limit on conventional loans, you're done until you pay one off and can get another.Once an LLC reaches its limits, you start another (before hand - "dig your well before you're thirsty")....and yes, entities will be getting commercial loans.Hope this helps ...

I recently completed a 3 day training course and have decided to dig deeper.

I do think that because most investors are lazy, in that they wan to make money as easily as possible and can afford to use expensive marketing techniques, I won't have a lot of competition in the probate and NOD area because they aren't going to the courthouse and digging through filing cabinets.If you have any tips for a brother, message me. 

I think those who are willing to dig a bit deeper and work outside of their comfort zone will find the deals.

Dig around a bit and see what works for you. 

As in, I've read numerous blogs, attended meetings, attempted to dig up back taxed land parcels to flip, etc etc.

Looking into a self storage deal, but need to do more digging before I decide.
