Hi, I am new to the forum and real estate investing. I have been listening to a lot of podcasts to further my knowledge and understanding of real estate investing. I am primarily interested in buy and hold investing to create passive income. I currently have a full time job in sales and I do not see that changing anytime soon. I hope to buy a property and get started within the next year. I am currently trying to get a grasp on the numbers and figure out where to invest (the Bay Area is expensive). I can't wait to dig in and learn more. Thanks for listening Alec Howe
