Hello all,
I am really enjoying the insight and advice as I read through discussion posts. I am a new investor with one rehab property in DC that provided my hard knock nightmare introduction to REI. I learned a lot the hard way but I am staying in the saddle and I'm looking to invest in MD, OH, TN, and FL. Really interested in multi-unit properties and fix and flip. Ready to learn, explore, dig in and achieve the freedom of self employment.
